Leaf lard? I’m not familiar…could you explain?
Leaf lard is is rendered from the fat that surrounds a pigs kidneys. It tends to be the purest fat in the pig, and doesn’t have an overwhelmingly “porky” flavor.

Yeah. I mean, we have a garage, but Kel’s car and my boat are in there.
My car is expendable. That’s why I leave it unlocked. If someone’s gonna steal something I’d rather they didn’t break a window to do so.
