Necessary, I think, to get a decent bottom crust.  I’ve been using a pizza steel lately, and I think it’s an improvement over a stone.

I did, but I just started using a baking steel, and I absolutely love it.

I am from Wisconsin.  We call chicken wings that are unbattered, fried, and tossed in a mixture of Frank’s and butter Buffalo wings.

Because there needs to be some way to differentiate them from all of the other styles.
