Let’s keep in mind that the video of crowds outside the White House celebrating a man’s death is pretty great Al Qaeda training video fodder.
This whole thing just leaves me with uneasy feelings.
I mean, I get it. I’m not opposed to the killing of Bin Laden. I can’t possibly understand the emotions of someone more directly affected by 9/11 than me right now.
But let’s maybe cool it a little bit with the “Rah Rah, We’re #1, Fuck You Terrorists!” bullshit that was partially responsible for getting us hated in the first place.
