Speaking of wild boar, my parents live in central NC and my mother runs the homeless lunch kitchen at the church. Yesterday she got a call from a woman whose husband was in the army and they had to move. Wanted to donate 200 lbs of wild boar meat from their freezer that they couldn't take with. Mom and dad have no idea how to cook it. Any thoughts?

Well, in the interest of serving a lot of people without a lot of fuss, I’d just grind it an use it like ground pork- meatballs, chili, etc
