Chicken thighs are perfect for Tandoori. I throw a bunch of spices together like cloves, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, coriander, some fresh garlic and ginger a little kosher salt and pepper and mix that all in with some plain yogurt. (I reserve extra sauce for dipping later) Marinate those lovelies for a few hours and then throw them directly on the grill, each side for about 2 minutes and then wrap them in foil and put them back for another 10.
