I've been looking for a good dough recipe, I want to make pizzas for a few friends I'm having over, and I remembered you used one recently. Could you share it with me?

My standard recipe:

22.5 oz “00” flour
.5 oz sugar
.4 oz kosher salt
.4 oz instant yeast
1.2 oz olive oil
15 oz lukewarm water

Combine with paddle attachment of mixer until incorporated, then knead for a couple of minutes. Put into plastic container and allow to rise in the fridge for 2 days.
