Pizza forever. What are you topping it with?
Not sure yet, I’m going to do a couple of them.
a quick inventory of the fridge reveals:
- the last of the wild turkey rillettes
- fresh homemade sausage
- goat cheese
- pecorino romano
- fig salami
- pickled brussels sprouts
- artichoke hearts
- walnut pesto
- arugula sauce
- salted capers
I’ll run to Glorioso’s in the next day or two and grab some more charcuterie and produce.
