So, the homebrewing thing

I’m really excited about it, not because I think I’m going to make amazing beer, but because it’s a significant step further than what I’ve done in the past- Mr. Beer 100% liquid malt extract brewing with no secondary fermentation and in-bottle priming that produced perfectly drinkable, yet cloudy and unremarkable beer.

I just get so excited about making things.  And when those things have the ability to get me tipsy, the excitement amplifies 10x.
