which isn’t bad, considering I’ve missed my last 24 checkups.

I can top that. I didn’t go from the time I was 15 until I was 31. No cavities. Dentist assumed I’d been seeing some other dentist every 6 months. Real foods. Eat ‘em and use your teeth to chaw.
