No, in my opinion he’s not. But I thought the article that quote came from was interesting. The GOP is in a world of fractured upheaval. Gingrich courts the Tea Partiers, Santorum courts the religious right, Paul courts the Libertarians, and Romney courts the rest. It’s a mess.
