The “new” one is actually a song that they recorded around the time of Give Up, from what I understand.  There’s a reason it sat dormant for 10 years.

What's your favorite cheese for finger-food and for cooking?

That is such a difficult question.

I love goudas and OLD cheddars for eating by themselves.  Bries and Brillat Savarins also.

For cooking, the cheeses I use most are probably whole milk mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, chèvre and gruyere.

Didn’t get around to drinking this one over the weekend.  Yet another solid German hefe-weizen.  It’s getting to the point that I almost want to taste a bad one.
